History

  • Walter Legley mentions this work on a sheet with names of compositions by his father that still had to be bound.[1] At the moment there is no trace of the work.
  • In an interview from 1986[2] and in his autobiography[3] Legley tells the anecdote that one day in his youth the maths teacher threw him out of the classroom because he was composing a march. The teacher was right: it was a very bad march, Legley concluded.
