  • Completed on 6 August 1979 in Koksijde.
  • The earliest performance that could be traced, was brought by the Groot Harmonieorkest van de Gidsen conducted by Yvon Ducène on 2 December 1980 in Studio 4 at Flagey (Brussels).[2]
