== History ==
*Legley completed this concerto on 22 June 1990 in Koksijde. The keyboard reduction was completed in Woluwe on 30 October 1990.
*The concerto was written on request of ''Radio 3'' (VRT).<ref name="one">[[De Roeck/en|De Roeck]], p.556.</ref>
*Jenny Spanoghe, together with the BRTN Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georges_Octors Georges Octors], performed the concerto for the first time on 2 October 1992 in the Blue Hall of deSingel in Antwerp.<ref name="one"/>
