Notes
- ↑ Written communications from Mr Guido Spruyt to the author dated 2 August and 14 September 2021. During that concert the Small triptych was also created. On 29 March 2007, the cycle was performed in the concert hall of the Brussels Conservatory during a public concert by Benoît De Leersnyder and Daniel Blumenthal (cf. Uitzonderlijk concert van Maçonnieke Meesters, a concert programme in the Legley archives (Royal Conservatory Brussels (B-Bc), as yet without a shelf number)).
- ↑ Page 11 of the autograph reads: Reveillon 84-85.
